Processing/Shipping/Return Policy

ORDERING PROCESS

We do not process on weekends and holidays. Products ships out within 2-3 business days after payment are verified and cleared.

During Sales/promotions, processing times may take up to 7 business days for orders to process.  Processing times for full lace wigs can take up to 30 business days.   

NOTE: NO changes can made after your order is placed.

 

PAYMENT POLICY

Full payment is due at the time of placing your order.  We accept most major credit cards, and PayPal.   At the completion of your order, your credit card will be charged the full amount including shipping charges.

CREDIT CARD/PAYMENT FRAUD

We take fraud very serious. Credit card fraud and theft of any Hair Honey Product will be lead to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

 

RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are FINAL and there are no refunds allowed on any grounds

In order to qualify for an exchange, all exchange requests must be sent to hairhoneyhaircare@gmail.com  and must be submitted within 7 days of delivery of package. We will not honor the exchange, If your request is received after 7 days. Under no circumstances will we honor ANY exchanges if the hair ties on the bundle have been broken/cut or altered in any way! The product must be sent back in the original condition (unused) as it was when it was shipped from Hair Honey facility. This means the hair cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored, or altered in any way

 

BULK HAIR POLICY

Due to the nature of loose hair, and the possibility of incorrect installation, no exchanges or refunds can be offered on bulk hair purchases.
